Students are required to provide us with the following security clearances when they enrol:

National Police Check or Blue Card/Yellow Card, dependent on organisational requirements

Workplace practical
requirements

You will be required to follow your training plan. This will be discussed and agreed upon at induction. If you do not meet the obligation of the agreed timeframe, other charges may be applicable. Maximum time frames are subject to volumes of learning and qualifications being superseded.

Higher Level Skills Funding via the Queensland Government’s Skills Assure Program supports ELIGIBLE* students to obtain certification in Certificate IV or higher qualifications. The aim is to assist individuals in gaining the higher-level skills required to secure employment or career advancement in priority industries or transition to university to continue their studies. Students will be required to make a co-contribution fee (listed above) before the commencement of their course. Apply for the course you want with College Australia by completing the quick and easy online Enrolment Form. Click on the link below and choose the relevant qualification. When we receive your application, we will send you an email regarding the pre-enrolment eligibility requirements, including a Language Literacy and Numeracy assessment, Recognition of Prior Learning application and an outline of documentation required for your enrolment to proceed.

Meet your mentor

We will call you to confirm details, discuss eligibility, workplace and assessment requirements and ensure everything is correct.

This interview forms part of your orientation into your course and will allow you to ask further questions.

You will then be required to make payment.

Once payment is received, we will then send you the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). This Includes details of your Educator and your Training Plan outlining the units you are undertaking and due dates

Commence your studies

You will receive an email with your login details. Remember these details and bookmark the login URL in your browser. Logging in will give you access to your first unit in the online portal.
