Our CEO saw something sparkly in Madison and invited her to join the College Australia family. In true College Australia style, Madison was supported to progress her career by transitioning out of hospitality through a traineeship in administration.
Being a go-getter, Madison decided to grow her repertoire of skills and knowledge by completing a qualification in training, and she smashed it. Fast-forward a couple of years, she is now one of our most popular educators, training high school students in RSA and RSG. But she isn’t stopping there: she’s currently enrolled in a university degree in psychology.
Madison’s passion is teaching diversity and community units to young people in an environment that not only supports students to communicate openly but also guides them on how to interact with community members and encourages them to think about who they are and what unique skills they have to offer to impact their communities positively.
Madison has a deep craving for knowledge, and you’ll often find her in a state of learning, whether it’s listening to podcasts, reading, or researching her latest interest. Her curious mind is always pondering something from how to grow veggies to theories in consciousness! Something not many people know about Madison is her passion for reading tarot. Like her love of writing, she says it helps connect her with people in a creative and quirky way.
